I enjoy visiting the Outer Banks of North Carolina for its vast open sky and windswept beaches. Especially down on Hatteras Island, in the open landscape one feels more connected with the wildness of nature.
This piece was created with artists' quality colored pencil on pastel board. It has been varnished and may be framed as a painting, without glass.
